
Students at GFW Elementary performed for each other today to get ready for tomorrow's spring concert. Don't miss the concert on Thursday, May 18 with performances at 1:30 and 6:30 p.m.!





Students in grades 10-12 went on a field trip to South Central College today! They were able to meet with Edel Fernandez and David Cox to learn more about the different programs SCC has to offer. Students were given resources and tools to assist them in their post secondary education options!

The GFW Varsity Softball team celebrated seniors Abi Lee and Maddy Nachreiner during Senior Appreciation Day complete with awesome game day art!

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and shows begin at 7:00 p.m. with tickets available for $5 for adults and $3 for students.

It's Child Care Provider Appreciation Day! We are so grateful for the T-Bird Club team who provides excellent care for our students before and after school and during the summer. Thank you for all you that do!

Thank you to all of the organizations that participated in yesterday's Career and College Fair at GFW High School! Students were able to connect with representatives from the US Army, National Guard, and Marines as well as a variety of colleges and businesses to learn more about possible career paths.










Yesterday was National School Nurse day and you better believe that we are excited to be able to celebrate the amazing nurse who keeps our schools healthy! Thank you to our Director of Health Services Dani Bruns and health paraprofessional Chanda Kruggel for for everything you do for our students!

“It felt good to help out everyday and it also makes my day better to see how positively it affects the person we helped,” said Lara Stegeman. “It feels amazing to do these acts of kindness because it shows how one little act can change into a big thing and helps bring more kindness to the world, which we could use,” added Ellison Fitzpatrick.
