Our Community Education Messy Art Class is coming up soon! Students ages 5 years and older will create their own works of art using their imaginations.
The session will take place on Monday, Oct. 19 from 3:30-5 p.m. at GFW.

Last week, staff and students at GFW Elementary School had a fantastic time during their K-2 and 3-5 grade Firebird P.R.I.D.E. assemblies in the new auditorium.
The focus for October is on the "P" which stands for having a positive attitude. A few teachers demonstrated positive attitudes while they did some difficult minute to win it challenges.

Last week, our GFW Football players joined students at the elementary school for recess and lunch, and even helped out on the service line. Our elementary students really look up these amazing student athletes and enjoy spending time with them!

Students in Mr Dela Cruz's Precalculus class recently presented their outputs on applying equations to real-world situations involving item costs, discounts, and taxes.
They did a fantastic job demonstrating their understanding and connecting the mathematics to practical, everyday scenarios while putting lots of work into their presentations!

The GFW Homecoming Meet the Candidates event was full of fun! Our candidates got to participate in different activities, with the big hit being "guess the drink," in which one of the options was bone broth. There will be lots more homecoming fun coming this week!
