They heard from Timberwolves and Lynx executives about their career paths and got leadership advice about the sports industry. They also heard from the Timberwolves VP of Fan Experience about his leadership journey in sports. And to top it off, the Timberwolves won against the Utah Jazz, 147-111!

Last week, Ciera Conrad, the Outreach & Admissions Specialist at Ridgewater College, spoke to eighth grade College and Career Readiness students about some of the programs that Ridgewater offers.
She also played a game with students where they had to guess how many years of schooling each career (offered at Ridgewater) requires and they were shocked to learn how many careers only require two years of schooling or less!

What are your favorite memories from the Winthrop building?

Pictured with Superintendent Berg are our local-elected officials, Representative Bobbie Harder and Senator Glenn Gruenhagen.
